Jesse I. Unruh, Esq. is a decade-long Florida business & employment lawyer. Jesse helps Central Florida business owners and employers in legal matters, earning top ratings from his clients. He then took an opportunity to be Law Clerk in the Middle District of Florida. As a former Middle District of Florida Term Law Clerk, Jesse authored orders on substantive motions in federal courts in the areas of: contract disputes, Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Title VII (Discrimination), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), foreclosures, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes (construction and auto), intellectual property disputes, class action suits, and Section 1983 claims, and others.

When his term concluded, he joined an Am Law 100 employment litigation firm. There he focused on representing employers in litigation and was a member of the firm’s Class Action and Complex Litigation practice group. He regularly represents businesses in multi-plaintiff and procedurally complex litigation as well as defending companies in EEOC claims. In addition to litigation, Jesse provides advice and counseling to businesses on compliance with federal, state, and municipal laws governing employment relationships. In 2019, Jesse cofounded the technology company powering Spire Law which was accepted to Y Combinator and founded Spire Law.
