Active Job Postings:

Spire Law is a young and growing remote-only civil litigation law firm. We will never ask you to “return to the office”—as long as you don’t have court or a video conference that day, feel free to wear pajamas 24/7. We begin each day with a ten-minute call at 9AM EST to coordinate and discuss our plans for the day. Other than that, management tries to get out of the way and let our people work on solving our clients’ legal challenges. Partners are here to work with associates when they need guidance, but partners also put associates in the position to do substantive legal work.

We have developed our own method of reaching out to new prospective clients that quickly puts all of our attorneys in the position to develop direct connections with business clients who are facing litigation. We most frequently defend businesses involved in wage and hour lawsuits, ADA lawsuits, contract disputes, general business litigation matters, as well as provide advice and counsel. We handle a volume of cases across several states. Most of our business clients self-pay, though we handle insured matters from time to time. We grow our client base by finding the right business owner at the right time through our technology.

Spire Law is headquartered in Orlando, Florida and is actively litigating cases in Florida, Georgia, Arizona, and New York. Presently, the firm is working to expand its geographic coverage to Massachusetts, California, Texas, and Illinois.

Here, you can focus on legal work and building relationships with clients through the work you do.  In turn, you are rewarded when those clients return to you. We differ from most firms by having all attorneys directly build relationships with clients from the first client call. You will not be required to join local boards or shake hands in the community; however, if you desire to, the firm will support you.

Spire Law is expanding and needs a litigation attorney to keep up with demand.  This is a full-time, remote position. While we would like to fill the position immediately, we are willing to wait a short time for the right candidate. So, if you’re waiting to finish out the year where you currently are, but want to make a move in the near future, apply now, so we can see if we are a good fit for one another.

Our compensation is market rate base salary plus bonus. We also offer a benefits package discussed below. Bonuses begin once you have billed over 1500 hours and increase based on your billing and clients returning to you. Full compensation is anticipated to be between $90,000 to $150,000 annually, though may be higher with significant experience.
